Starting out the New Year on the right foot takes some effort.  New Year’s Resolution sound great and we all know how important goal setting is; but resolutions are just dreams if there is not “plan of action”.  So in our experience, using this simple 3 step process will get you game plan in place and then it is up to you to implement it.

  1. Review – take a quick glance in the rearview mirror and exam what worked really well this past year and how you can enhance it.  Take a look at what didn’t work and evaluate whether it can be altered to improve on or if it should be scrapped.  Now you have both good and bad to add to your calendar of events and tasks for your plan of action.
  2. Renew – Start each year off with a Rookie’s attitude.  Rookie’s in almost every walk of life are like hungry little pac men eating up every bit of information they get with Enthusiasm and Excitement.  Do the same as you set you activities to help accomplish your goals and objectives.
  3. Refresh – Spend time (block time in your Calendar) to refresh your goals, information, action steps and knowledge every week and every month.  Spend a simple half hour once a week to review where you are and where you want to be.  And take a good hour once a Month to examine your course and re-chart it if necessary, always looking to improve.

Make a decision TODAY to have a BETTER 2022 than you did 2021  – even if it was fantastic – be more fantastic.
