He is not talking about being blind sheep. He is talking about your ability to be coachable, have a mentor or follow a system of success. Imitate and mimic others who are successful. Look for leaders in your community, in your business, in your church group, sales organization or family and follow their lead. Learn from their style, the way they carry themselves and the systems they use to lead others. If you are not currently a leader in your career, wean yourself into it by copying the strengths of those who are leaders. And if you are a leader, keep working on getting better at it. We can all improve our leadership skills!
