The term may have changed and people call it different things like Multi-Tasking or the popular term now is Habit Stacking, but the bottom line is still the same. The approach will accomplish more in less time and free up your spare time. For example, wash your laundry before you hop in the shower, get dressed and ready to work, but now throw your cleaned wash into the dryer. You’ve showered and gotten ready for work and completed a full wash and dry cycle of laundry at the same timer.
